Sockeye salmon contains around 27g of protein per 3.5 oz. There is around 1130mg omega 3 in 3.5 serving of cooked fish. 300 mg/day of DNA for pregant and nursing women; 250 mg/day for pregant women and 20 mg/day for infants was recommended by The National Institutes of Health (NIH) and the International Society for the Study of Fatty Acids and Lipids (ISSFAL).

Moreover, Sockeye salom contains multiple vitamins that are benefical for your overall health. One serving contains approximately 50 mcg vitamin A, 5 mcg of vitamin B-12, a little less than 1 mg of vitamin E and a trace of vitamin K.
